Acquisition & Shipping
• How is the artwork packaged for transit?
All original works are professionally packed using archival-grade materials. Larger canvases (30x40 and above) are custom-crated in wood to ensure structural integrity during transit.
• Is the artwork insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of the acquisition. In the rare event of transit damage, the studio handles the claim process directly to ensure our collectors are protected.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes. True Noir works are held in collections globally. For international inquiries, please contact the studio for a personalized crating and customs quote.
The Artwork
• Is the artwork ready to hang?
Yes. All original acrylics are executed on 1.5-inch deep gallery-wrapped canvas. The edges are finished in black, and heavy-duty D-ring hardware is pre-installed for immediate installation.
• Does the work require framing?
While our paintings are designed to be frameless and minimalist, a Floater Frame can be added to enhance the architectural presence. We are happy to provide framing recommendations to suit your interior.
• What materials are used?
Oksana uses professional-grade, high-pigment heavy body acrylics and archival-quality mediums. Every piece is finished with a Satin UV-protective varnish to ensure longevity and color depth.
• Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?
Every original work and bespoke commission arrives with a signed, dated, and embossed Certificate of Authenticity, establishing the provenance of your acquisition.
Bespoke Commissions
• What is the timeline for a custom work?
The bespoke process typically spans 6-8 weeks from the initial proposal to delivery. This allows for the meticulous layering and structural precision characteristic of the True Noir aesthetic.
• Can I request specific colors for a commission?
Yes. We encourage designers and collectors to provide fabric swatches or paint codes. Oksana will integrate these into her geometric framework while maintaining the artistic integrity of the series.
The Trade Program
• Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes. Verified interior designers, architects, and art consultants are eligible for our Interior Design Trade Program. This includes special pricing and project support. Apply at truenoir.art/trade.
• Can I request a Memo or trial period?
For DFW-based design firms, we offer 48-hour on-site Trial Previews to ensure the artwork harmonizes with the client's space before final acquisition.
Returns & Exchanges
• What is your return policy?
We want you to be entirely confident in your acquisition. If a work does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a gallery credit or exchange. Please note that return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the collector, and bespoke commissions are non-refundable.
