F.A.Q

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping within USA is free for most items. Some special size items might have an additional shipping cost which will be indicated in the item description, near the price.

International shipping is flat rated at $56.80 per order. Unfortunately, that’s the best we can do as international shipping rates from USA are usually even higher. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Please contact us if you don’t see your country and we might be able to add it to the list.

*Due to USPS suspension of shipments to New Zealand, we had to temporarily disable shipping to this country. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we’ll bring back this shipping option as soon as USPS permits.

Where from the items are shipped?

All artworks are shipped from artist’s studio in Texas, USA.

In what currency are prices?

Our gallery is located in the United States of America and all prices are in USD (US Dollars).

Can I make a change to my order?

If you placed an order and want to add an item or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to accommodate your changes.

I’d like a custom item, can you help?

At the moment, Oksana takes commissions only on case by case basis. If you have an interesting project in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we might work something out.

I really liked an item, but it’s no longer available. Can you make another one?

Most of Oksana’s artworks are unique and cannot be repeated. First of all, it would devalue the original artwork. The magic is in the uniqueness and freshness of the artwork! Some artworks come in series of slight variations, but those are also released as one-of-a-kind, each and one a little different from each other. Second of all, repeats are boring! Oksana’s goal is to be creative rather than work as a machine producing over and over. Thank you for understanding, and don’t think too long about an item, someone else might snatch it! ;)
