Shipping Policy

Your order is usually processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the payment. We ship domestically and internationally to select countries. Please check FAQ page for more details about shipping destinations and cost. All artworks are individually and professionally packaged, and shipped from the artist’s studio in Texas to the artwork’s new home.
All artworks are shipped via USPS or FedEx Home Delivery with the true declared value (price paid). After the package is sent, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your artwork purchase and would like to receive a refund or exchange for a piece of equal value, you must contact us with your order number within 3 days of receiving the artwork. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. All artworks must be in the same condition and in the same packaging as they were received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of our products, there will be a restocking fee of 15% if the artwork is returned for a refund. Once we receive the artwork and if it’s in the original condition, you’ll be refunded the full sum minus the restocking fee to your original payment method within 10 business days due to bank settlement process. In case of delays due to shipping, transactions older than 180 days can’t be refunded to the original payment method and instead a store credit will be issued.

International Refunds

If a customer makes a purchase in a currency other than their home currency and later requests a refund of that transaction, their refund amount may not exactly match their original transaction amount due to variable exchange rates.

Damaged in Transit

In case your order was damaged while in transit, please do not dispose of the packaging or its contents. Photograph the damaged items and packaging and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll work with the shipping carrier to get the compensation and refund you in full.
