This small painting was inspired by a walk at the Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve in Allen, Texas. It depicts a country road that goes through the meadow of wildflowers. There's a figure in the distance which leads the viewer into the meadow. The painting is done in shades of warm greens in the foreground, and milky greens in the background. The sky is cloudless and blue. This landscape artwork in a little slice of that beautiful place.
