Two of Oksana's paintings are going on display at the Dutch Art Gallery in Dallas, TX on November 12, 2022. They are both from Geometric series. One is the Fruity Road Block, a still life painting of two fruits that somehow ended up in the middle of the road. The other one is Geometric Rooster, an abstract, yet personal art piece.

Artist Statement:
Oksana worked on a number of still lives, but she got bored with plain backgrounds and fruits. In this one, she transformed and mentally transported the fruits outdoors. That’s how these two apparently giant fruits ended up in the middle of a highway during a storm.

Artist Statement:
The objects in this painting seem to have nothing in common. However, they represent the artist and her experiences in life: the rooster at her grandma’s, fishing trips, and the taste of the first ever olive. This piece is abstract, but at the same time very personal.
